Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2. This offer is only applicable for the Credit Cardholders to whom this communication is sent. The details of the eligible credit card has been mentioned in the emailer which has been sent along with this document. Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer.
3. This offer is valid from 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019 (both dates included ). (“Offer Period”)
4. This offer is not applicable to Premier Credit Cardholders. Premier Credit Cardholders will be eligible for a separate offer during the offer period.
5. Please ensure that you have updated your KYC details with HSBC to be eligible for this offer.
6. If you need a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your credit card or if you need to replace a damaged card, or to activate your card, please call HSBC PhoneBanking on 1860 108 7788 or 1860 500 2277.

8. Add-On Cards will not have separate offer eligibility. However, the offer eligibility details (both number of transactions and spend amount) mentioned in the table above will be the total of the primary and the Add-On Credit Cardholders linked to the respective account.
9. Minimum one transaction per calendar month in each of the 3 categories (Dining, Fuel & Telecom) for a cumulative spend amount of 3,000 or more across the three categories mentioned using your HSBC Credit Card is required to qualify for the Amazon vouchers. Multiple card transactions across the three categories adding up to 3,000 on a monthly basis is allowed. The following scenarios illustrate the exact offer eligibility criteria:

10. Maximum voucher amount eligibility during the offer period is 1,500 (500 per month).
11. The Amazon Gift Voucher will be sent within two calendar months from the end of the purchase eligible month. Purchase eligible month is defined as the month in which the offer eligibility criteria as detailed above in point #7 is met. For example- Transactions made in April 2019 and eligible as per the offer in April 2019 will receive the vouchers before 30 June 2019.
12. This offer is over and above any other discount that may be offered by the merchants where the Cardholders use their card during the offer period.
13. Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the offer period will not be included in the spending amount calculation and will not be considered for the purpose of calculating the eligible spends for each month.
14. Visa and Mastercard have specified a list of Merchant Category Codes (MCC) which will be used to identify transactions for the categories mentioned in Point # 7 – Dining, Fuel and Telecom. Only those transactions which are eligible as per the MCC details specified by Visa & Mastercard will be considered for offer eligibility.
15. Prior to making any purchases on a website and/or mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and mobile application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder might be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and mobile application, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing of or fulfilment of the offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Merchants may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information.
16. HSBC does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of products purchased by the Cardholders. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the Cardholder directly to the respective merchants.
17. HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this offer, any other claims with regard to this offer against HSBC are waived.
18. HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the Cardholders.
19. HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.

21. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
22. This offer is subject to force majeure events.
23. Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.
24. By availing of the offer the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
25. There is no registration required from the customer to avail of this offer.
