• This promotion is brought to you by The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and is open to select HSBC Classic, Gold, Platinum & Premier Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholder”) to whom this mailer is addressed. Cardholders are required to use their reward points accrued in their HSBC Classic, Gold, Platinum & Premier Credit Card for converting the same to JPMiles.
• Any participation in this promotion is voluntary.
• Promotions are valid from 1st January to 31st March 2010, both days inclusive.

• The listed Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cardholders accept to read, understand, agree and accept the terms & conditions of the Jet Airways & JPMiles rules before availing the Promotion.
• Upon authorization by the Cardholder to participate in the Promotion, HSBC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, defect or deficiency arising out of sharing of any personal data, as required, for availing the Promotion.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any point in time without prior intimation to the Cardholders.
• All decisions in respect of the Promotion shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
• All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Promotion against HSBC.
• The Promotion is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder.
• Any disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.

HSBC BANK Reward Points to Bonus JPMiles conversion promotion

Promotion - Under this promotion, HSBC BANK credit card holders who convert their credit card reward points into JPMiles will receive Bonus JPMiles for every Point converted to JPMiles during the promotion period as specified below

• Promotion - Under this promotion, HSBC BANK credit card holders who convert their credit card reward points into JPMiles will receive upto 50% Bonus JPMiles for every Point converted to JPMiles during the Reward Points to Bonus JPMiles conversion promotion period.
• Eligible Cards - HSBC BANK credit cards issued in India and the credit card variants which are covered under the existing HSBC BANK conversion program are eligible for the promotion.
• Promotion Period - All credit card reward points to JPMiles conversions requested for and credited into JetPrivilege membership account, between the period 01/01/10 - 31/03/10 will only qualify for this promotion.
• Bonus JPMiles earned under this promotion will reflect into the member’s JetPrivilege account in the last week of April 2010.
• If a JetPrivilege member holds credit cards of different banks and converts the rewards points into JPMiles under this promotion, then the number of bonus JPMiles he/she will earn will depend on the type of promotion, if any, with such individual bank. The member cannot club the JPMiles earned through conversion activities with various banks / partners to earn the benefit under this promotion.
• The above promotion construct is valid only for credit card reward points converted to JPMiles under the HSBC BANK Rewards Conversion Programme and governed by the conversion ratios applicable for the different card variants of the bank.
• Bonus JPMiles will not be calculated on retroactive basis under any circumstances i.e. credit card reward points converted to JPMiles and posted into the membership account during the promotion period but for which the conversion request was placed before the start date of the promotion will not qualify for the bonus miles promotion.
• JetPrivilege member will be responsible for checking the correctness and the validity of his/her JetPrivilege number provided to the Bank for the conversion activity.
• Terms and conditions governing the existing HSBC BANK to JPMiles conversion programme and JetPrivilege programme Terms and Conditions will apply.
• Any dispute under this promotion will be subject to Laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
• Jet Airways (India) Limited reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion or modify or alter the terms and conditions of such promotion at any time.
• Participation under this promotion is purely voluntary for the members.
The decision of Jet Airways (India) Limited will be final and binding under this promotion and will not entertain any disputes in this regard.
