• Prior to using the kingfisherholidays.com website, the HSBC Credit Cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the HSBC Credit Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The HSBC Credit Cardholder may be required to give personal information and card details online or via IVR, for the package purchase on kingfisherholidays.com. The cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the kingfisherholidays.com website, prior to providing such information. HSBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of sharing the personal information.
• The offer is valid till 'date' of the match as specified in the communication enclosed subject to availability. All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the service availed under this Offer and all disputes in this regard.
• HSBC Bank and Kingfisher Airlines Limited reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• HSBC Credit Cardholder are requested to submit their King Club Membership number at the time of booking to avail the bonus king miles. The same will be credited to the HSBC Credit Cardholder's account usually within one month from the date of the actual booking.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or as a result of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
• HSBC cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their HSBC Credit Card. Kingfisher Holidays reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of Kingfisher Holidays.
• This is an independent Offer and the same cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount prevalent with Kingfisher Airlines Limited or Kingfisher Holidays at the time of booking.
• All prices provided and/or reflected are in Indian Rupees if not stated otherwise.
• Tour prices are valid for Indian nationals only.
• The prices provided and/or reflected is only a quotation/estimate and rates and service confirmations are subject to availability at the time of making the actual reservations, no bookings are held at this point in time

• Rates/itineraries/payment terms are subject to change at our sole discretion without any prior notice
• Any change in pricing will be communicated to you and only after the receipt of your confirmation a firm booking shall be made.
• All sightseeing, activities and optional tour/ services/rides left unutilized/ partially utilized by choice or due to other uncontrollable situations/weather/time constraint, any other circumstances are not subject to any refund.
• Rates/Itineraries or price quoted in the itinerary are calculated at the prevailing rates and are subject to change without any prior notice in case of currency fluctuation increase in the cost of fuel charges, change in any related government tax structure, sudden change in any related hotel tariff, air/ rail/ bus/ entry ticket cost increases or transport cost increase due to change of route, alteration of itinerary program or change in the number of the tour members necessitated by factors beyond our control before the date of departure of even during the tour. Whatever applicable all such increases must be paid in full before departure.
• Please note that all products and services described on the Kingfisher Holidays web site, including all holiday packages, are offered for sale by D.V. Travel Guru Private Limited. Any contract for the purchase of one or more of these products and services shall be entered into with D.V. Travel Guru Private Limited. Kingfisher Holidays only provides access to these products and services through its web site and otherwise has no involvement in the sale.
• HSBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of this Offer
• All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable.
• All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC.The offer is subject to force majeure events.
