HSBC Terms and Conditions

• The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "HSBC") offers to HSBC Premier MasterCard credit cards, Platinum, Gold credit cards and Classic credit cards and any such credit cards issued by HSBC in India, a discount of 10% on base price for purchases made on the IndiGo web portal goindigo.in using any of the above credit cards. This offer is not valid on HSBC Corporate credit cards.
• The cardholder will be required to make payment as per the price quoted by IndiGo on goindigo.in, for any ticket booking/purchases. The offer shall be made available only if the promo code FLYHSBC is entered at the time of booking by the customer.
• Prior to using the IndiGo website, the cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the IndiGo website, prior to providing such information.
• HSBC cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from buying tickets for their customers using their own HSBC credit/debit cards. IndiGo reserves the right to cancel such tickets if such a case comes to the notice of IndiGo
• Offer Period: This Offer shall be valid for the period 1 October 2011 - 15 May 2012 during which customers can make their airline bookings
• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the service provided by IndiGo and availed under this offer and all disputes in this regard shall be taken up with IndiGo and Indigo takes the sole responsibility to resolve such disputes.
• HSBC Bank and IndiGo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or as a result of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi only. The existence of any dispute shall not by itself constitute a claim against HSBC.

INDIGO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Offer: All credit card users of HSBC Bank will be entitled to avail 10% discount on base fare for every ticket booked on goindigo.in
2. Offer Period: This Offer shall be valid for the period 1 October 2011 - 15 May 2012 during which customers can make their airline bookings
3. The customer would be required to provide the promo code FLYHSBC at the time of making the booking.
4. IndiGo will be able to provide the discount to any customer only if the customer enters the promo code at the time of making the booking. IndiGo cannot be held responsible if the promo code is not entered or an incorrect promo code is entered.
5. In the event Customer misses to enter the promo code for availing the discount, IndiGo shall, in no way, be liable to refund the applicable discounted amount.
6. The discount will be applied on the base fare only. The remaining base fare and all applicable taxes, surcharges and fees shall have to be paid by the Customer.
7. The bookings can only be done on the IndiGo website goindigo.in.
8. All bookings will be governed by the Conditions of Carriage of IndiGo.

Regular cancellation/modification fee would applicable in case of change of itinerary standard terms & conditions of IndiGo.
