To avail of the Offer, the Cardholder must apply the Coupon code when booking on www.goibibo.com, and then make the payment using a valid HSBC Credit and Debit Card. |

Each cardholder can avail of the Offer upto a maximum of 3 times across flights and hotel bookings during the Offer Period. However, all bookings are subject to availability. |

HSBC Credit Cards and Debit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each Card, during the Offer Period (i.e. 3 times each on HSBC Credit and Debit Card). Add-on Credit cardholders
will have separate offer eligibility. |

Whilst the Offer is valid per booking for bookings made during the Offer Period, the travel dates are open. |

Offer is valid for transactions made online or through mobile (android, ios, mobile app) only. |

Offer is valid on adult and child bookings only and not valid for infant (less than 2 years) bookings. Offer is not valid for travel agents and for such transactions the Offer will be revoked as decided by Goibibo and HSBC. |

Prior to using the www.goibibo.com website, the Cardholder should read and understand the user agreement of the said website and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy on the website, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. |

HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. |

The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |

Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |
