| Globus and Cosmos Offer Terms and Conditions

- The Offer is available only for HSBC Gold and Platinum credit Cardholders based in India.
- The Offer shall be deemed confirm only on the payment (guarantee) of the travel package selected by the customer (hereinafter referred as “Valid Booking”)
- Travel companions booked on a single Valid Booking are not eligible unless they hold a HSBC Gold or Platinum credit card or HSBC Gold/Platinum Add-on credit card.
- The Offer is for Valid Bookings made during the period 30 April – 31 May, 2012, both days inclusive [“Promotion Period”] and for travel between 30 April – 31 December 2012 (travel should be completed by 31 December 2012).
- Vacations may be booked through any travel agent based in India or through the brand websites. A list of appointed travel agents can be viewed on cosmosvacations.in or globusjourneys.in, under “Find a travel agent”.
- To apply for the discount the Cardholder needs to provide the Globus family of brands with their credit card number / copy along with their invoice number for the tour prior to making the payment to the travel agent. The Globus family of brands can be contacted via email on india@globusandcosmos.com or on the phone on 1800-425-3575 (India).
- Vacation prices and discount are based on land only prices, as given on the website for each departure date and exclude airfare, visas, insurance, BTQ Foreign exchange, any surcharges if applicable and on-tour tips for Tour Directors and drivers and anything not mentioned as “included” on the website.
- All Valid Bookings (paid for) by 31st May, 2012 will qualify for the discount. Bookings made on an open option status is not a Valid Booking and will not qualify for the discount.
- This promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other offers from the Globus family of brands.
- Full cancellation penalties are applicable as per normal booking rules.
- This Offer is subject to availability of seats. Additional restrictions may apply.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction as per terms and conditions of the Globus family of brands.

- This Offer is available to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“HSBC”) Gold & Platinum Credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in India. Any participation is voluntary. The offer is in association with Globus (‘Merchant’)
- This Offer is applicable for bookings until 31st May 2012 & travel until 31st December 2012.
- Under the offer , card holder will receive a discount US$ 100 per person all 2012 Globus and Cosmos Europe & North America vacations when the card holder uses HSBC Gold & Platinum credit card to make a ‘Valid Booking’.. The Offer shall be deemed confirm only on the payment (guarantee) of the travel package selected by the customer (hereinafter referred as “Valid Booking”)
Travel companions booked on a single Valid Booking are not eligible unless they hold a HSBC Gold or Platinum credit card or Add-on credit card. Card holders are requested to refer to the Merchant terms and conditions towards availing the offer in addition to these terms and conditions.
- This Offer comprising of the promotions is an exclusive offer and cannot be clubbed and/or combined with any other offer from HSBC.
- HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the merchantability or suitability of the offer.
- HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
- HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time without prior notice.
- The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
- Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC.
