The offer is open to all HSBC Credit Cardholders residing in India (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholder") to whom this mailer is addressed. This offer is not transferable.
• Cardholders shall be entitled to a Reebok men's wrist watch from Gift360.in at an exclusive price of Rs.590/- (hereinafter referred to as "the Offer").
• Cardholder should use the HSBC Credit Card to pay for availing this Offer.
• This Offer is being made by Gift360.in. HSBC is not making any Offer and does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the product included in the Offer or about Gift360.in
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other  offer/ scheme of HSBC.
• This Offer cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash.
• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product obtained under this Offer and all disputes in this regard should be taken up with Gift360.in
• Prior to using the Gift360.in website, the Cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to book the Offer only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and Credit Card details online for availing the offer on www.Gift360.in. The Cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the said website, prior to providing such information.
• HSBC India shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing the Offer or by accessing the said website.
• This Offer is valid till 31 August 2009.
• Only non-defaulting Cardholders will be eligible for the Offer.
• All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior intimation to the Cardholders.
• Regular Credit Card terms and conditions continue to apply to the Cardholder.
• The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder.
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
• By participating in this Offer, the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in toto.

Gift 360 -TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The order placed by the Cardholder is subject to the following:

• Cardholder shall place the order in the prescribed manner as indicated in the Catalogue. All orders shall be accepted from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Sunday.
• Octroi charges (as applicable) apart from delivery charges shall be borne by the Cardholder.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority or body, which may arise or accrue on a Cardholder, if any, shall be borne directly by the Cardholder.
• All deliveries will be made within 14 working days from the date of placing the order, subject to availability of the products. Products once delivered to the Cardholder and accepted by him/her in good condition shall not be replaced and / or accepted back.
• In the event of any defects in the product, the Cardholder shall be required to contact Gift360, 2/1, Langford Road, Bangalore-560027 or call at 1800-425-1120 within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. However, in case of failure to do so, the products shall be considered as accepted and Cardholders request if any, beyond the said time period shall stand as rejected.
• Incase of replacement of the products, all courier charges or any other charges in relation, thereto, shall be borne by the Cardholder.
• For resolution of disputes with regards to the quality of the products purchased under this facility, or delay if any, in the dispatch / delivery of the product purchased or for any other associated and / or ancillary matter the Cardholdershall approach Gift360 only and The Hongkong and Sanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for the same.
