  • This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable to all HSBC Gold Credit Cardholders to whom this communication is addressed. (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder").
  • The offer is valid for a limited period only. Each individual offer is valid till the offer end date as mentioned in the offer details as given in the email communication.
  • This offer can not be combined with any other existing or new offer.

  • HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the merchandise offered under this offer.
  • HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
  • All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
  • The offer is subject to force majeure events.
  • Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder
  • All terms and conditions, as applicable to the HSBC Rewards Programme shall apply to this offer.

Visa Pizza Hut Offer: Terms and Conditions

  • The Visa Pizza Hut Offer is open for participation to all Visa Gold & Platinum Credit Cards issued in India. To qualify for the privileges, all payments must be made with a Visa Card.
  • The promotion period for the "Visa Pizza Hut" Offer is until 30th December 2010. Offer is available at select dine-in outlets of Pizza Hut in India, and is available in the published menu at these outlets.
  • Prices exclusive of taxes. Also, 10% service charge extra.
  • Offer valid only on Pan & Classic Italian Pizzas. One portion of garlic bread has 4 pieces.
  • Visa Platinum/Gold Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Visa Pizza Hut Offer. Any participation by the Cardholder shall be voluntary and all the offers made by Visa & Pizza Hut are purely on a best effort basis. Customers can also make transactions at Pizza Hut outlets without participating in this program and availing the offers.
  • Visa shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of goods and services provided by any of the outlets in the Visa Pizza Hut Offer, nor is VISA liable for any deficiency in the products or inadequacies of the services so obtained or availed of by the Cardholder from the outlet.
  • The Visa Pizza Hut Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the Visa Pizza Hut Offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
  • Rates are based on published rates in the menu, and subject to service charges and statutory taxes. Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating Pizza Hut outlets. Visa is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Offer by outlets.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction. And such disputes shall be governed under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (as amended upto date).

  • The Voucher is valid till 31 December 2010.
  • Payment needs to be made using the Cardholder’s HSBC Gold Credit Card.
  • The customer should announce his intention to avail of the offer before the bill is prepared.
  • A print out of the Voucher needs to be submitted to avail this offer.
  • The Voucher cannot be encashed in part or full.
  • The Voucher can be used against a single transaction only.
  • The Voucher cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer running on the brand at the store.
