This Offer is available on  , Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively referred to as “Platform”), which is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart). |

| 3. |
This Offer is applicable to existing and new resident HSBC Credit Cardholders, excluding Corporate Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholders’). Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the Offer. |

Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit Card (‘Card’) to avail of the Offer. |

During the period from 3 August 2020 (00:00 Hours) to 31 August 2020 (23:59 Hours) (both dates included) ('Offer Period'), Cardholders on using their valid HSBC Credit Card (‘Card’) at the Flipkart website or mobile application will be entitled to 10% instant discount (‘Offer’) on purchase of select products in large appliances and furniture categories. |

Offer will be listed on the product page, for all eligible products. Please check before making a purchase. |

Customer has to transact for a minimum value of INR 12,999 to be eligible for the Offer. |

Maximum discount per Card would be INR 1,500. |
|

| 9. |
This Offer will be valid on every Monday during the Offer Period. |

| 10. |
Flipkart return and cancellation policies are mentioned in detail on the Flipkart website and the same will apply to this Offer. Customers are advised to check and understand the same before making payment when availing this Offer on select products in large appliances and furniture categories. |

The Offer is over and above any other discount being offered by Flipkart during the Offer Period. |

This Offer is also applicable to payments made through EMI on HSBC Credit Cards. |

Offer will not apply on payments made via PhonePe payment option or any other wallet or payment option other than HSBC Credit Cards. |

| 14. |
In case a customer makes partial payment through a Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the net amount paid using the Card. Also, this net amount should be equal to or more than INR 12,999. |

| 15. |
Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from Flipkart seller. HSBC or Flipkart in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and neither Flipkart Advanz nor HSBC shall be in any way responsible for the same. |

Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2,00,000, Flipkart requires the Cardholder to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN Card on the Flipkart Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN Card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card. |

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. |

| 18. |
Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer. |
|
|
| 19. |
Prior to using the Flipkart website or mobile app, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and Terms and Conditions of the said website and the mobile app, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile app, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing of or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same. Flipkart may use the personal information shared by the Cardholder for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and the Bank will not be held liable for such usage of personal information. |

Flipkart’s general Terms and Conditions apply, please read the Terms and Conditions of the Offer mentioned on the Flipkart website or mobile app before availing. |

| 21. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the Cardholders. |

| 22. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. |
|

| 23. |
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC. |
|
|
| 24. |
This Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 25. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |
|
|
| 26. |
Please note that basis Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and notified GST rates, Central GST and State/Union Territory GST or Inter-state GST will be levied on the discounted price, as applicable. |

| 27. |
By availing of the Offer the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality. |
