To avail of the Offer, the Cardholder must apply the Voucher Code correctly and then make the full payment using a valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card only. Payment made using any other mode of payment (for example: e-wallet or other bank cards) will not be eligible for the discount. |

HSBC Credit and Debit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each card. |

The Voucher Code can be used multiple times during the Offer Period. |

The Offer is valid only on delivery orders, and cannot be availed of for pick up orders. |

The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer and is not transferable. The discount amount cannot be refunded, encashed or partly encashed. |

Prior to using the foodpanda website and/or the mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and mobile application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and the mobile application, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing of or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC shall not be responsible for the same. Foodpanda may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and the Bank will not be held liable for such usage of personal information by foodpanda. |
