The Promotion |
| 1.1. |
"Visa Celebrates Hong Kong Disneyland 5th Anniversary" Promotion ("Promotion") consists of offers redeemable at Hong Kong Disneyland Park ("Park"), Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel ("DLH"), and Disney's Hollywood Hotel ("DHH") (collectively, "Offers") only. |

For the purposes of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park Offers, Food and Beverage Offer and "My Little Princess" Modeling and Photograph Packages Offer, the period of the Promotion is from 1 March to 31 May 2011 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). |

The Promotion is offered to Visa cardholders ("Visa Cardholders") who settle their payment transactions with a valid, non-delinquent and good financial standing Visa card ("Valid Visa Card") issued in or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") only. |
| 1.4 |
Visa Cardholders of Dual Currency cards issued in Hong Kong or the People's Republic of China must select to use Visa Network in order to be eligible for the Offers. |

Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney's Hollywood Hotel Offers |
| 2.1. |
Visa Cardholders may enjoy 20% discount on the prevailing room rate for staying nights on Sunday to Thursday, or enjoy 15% discount on the prevailing room rate for staying nights on Friday and Saturday during 7 March to 31 May 2011 (last check-out date: 1 June 2011) ("Hotel Offers Period"). These hotel offers are not applicable for staying nights from 22 April - 2 May 2011 (both dates inclusive). Government tax (if applicable) and 10% service charge apply. Reservation MUST be made at least 21 days prior to the check-in date.

| 2.2. |
Visa Cardholders may request check-in on any day during the Hotel Offers Period subject to availability. Room rates vary depending on the check-in date. For room rates enquiry, please call Hong Kong Disneyland Reservation Center at (852) 1-830-830. |
| 2.3. |
Visa Cardholder is required to present his/ her Valid Visa Card for verification at the time of check-in and the same Valid Visa Card must be used to settle payment of the room rate and any incidental charges. If a Valid Visa Card is not presented at the time of check-in, normal room rates will be charged. |
| 2.4. |
These hotel offers may not be re-sold or used for tour groups, corporate events, marketing, promotional or other business purposes. Each Visa Cardholder is entitled to reserve up to a maximum of 1 room with the same arrival and departure dates. Each hotel room can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. |
| 2.5. |
Change(s) to the arrival and/or departure dates is/are permitted but only if such change(s) is/are made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date and the revised reservation satisfies all of the conditions specified in paragraph 2.1 above. Such change(s) is/are subject to availability and prevailing rates. |
| 2.6. |
A deposit equivalent to the room rate of the first night plus government tax (if applicable) and 10% service charge will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking. Any cancellation will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the room rate of the first night plus government tax (if applicable) and 10% service charge for each reservation cancelled. Such cancellation charge will be deducted from the deposit. |
| 2.7. |
Except for changes or cancellations in accordance with paragraph 2.5 or 2.6, no change or cancellation to any reservation is permitted. |
| 2.8. |
These hotel offers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts. |

Hong Kong Disneyland Park Offers |
| 3.1. |
Tickets Offers |

| 3.1.1. |
Visa Cardholders may enjoy 10% discount for every 4 one-day admission tickets to the Park ("Discounted Park Tickets") purchased in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. |
| 3.1.2. |
Each Visa Cardholder may only purchase a maximum of 4 Discounted Park Tickets in each transaction, and only one transaction per Visa Cardholder will be accepted on each day. |
| 3.1.3. |
Discounted Park Tickets are only valid on the same day when they are purchased. Discounted Park Tickets not used on the purchase day will be void. |
| 3.1.4. |
This ticket offer is only available at the ticket windows at the Main Entrance to the Park, DLH or DHH, and is not available at the Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at the MTR Hong Kong Station, online or other sales locations outside the Park. |
| 3.1.5. |
Visa Cardholders who did not use the Valid Visa Cards at the time of purchase of Park ticket will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the purchase price of the Park ticket. |

This ticket offer may not be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts. |

Discounted Park Ticket is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the Hong Kong Disneyland website at hongkongdisneyland.com and printed on the Park Guidemap. Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park. Copies of the Park Guidemap are available at ticket booths or Guest Relations locations; Park tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. |

Disney's Premium Tour |

| 3.2.1. |
"Disney's Premium Tour - 4th hour free" offer ("Tour") is only available to Visa Cardholders who have already purchased valid admission tickets to the Park on the same day of enjoying the Tour. Price of the Tour does not include admission to the Park. Visa Cardholders are required to have valid admission tickets in order to enter the Park. |
| 3.2.2. |
Visa Cardholders who purchase a 3-hour Tour at a price of HK$2,400 may enjoy an extra hour of the Tour for free. Up to a maximum of 6 guests may participate in the Tour. The identity of the guests must remain the same throughout the Tour and no change of any guests during the Tour is allowed. |

Visa makes no representation that participation in the Offers is appropriate or available in other locations and the Offers are void in any jurisdiction where participation in such offers is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in the Offers do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable. |

Visa Cardholders must present a Valid Visa Card before placing orders and must settle payments with the same Valid Visa Card in order to enjoy the Offers. |

All Offers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items. |

Visa's decisions over questions and disputes regarding the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive and binding on the Visa Cardholders. |

Visa reserves the right to amend, supplement, cancel, revise or suspend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and without reasons. Visa may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to the Visa Cardholders in the manner it deems appropriate in such an event. |

In the event of any discrepancy among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
