  • All discounts and promotions incorporated here will be hereinafter referred to as "offers"
  • The listed offers are available till the specified validity date.
  • The listed offers are not valid on 24th, 25th & 31st December 2010.
  • The listed offers are not valid on Durga Puja days, i.e. 14th October, 2010 to 17th October, 2010. (This is specific to the Kolkata merchants).
  • The listed offers are not valid on take away orders
  • The listed offers cannot be clubbed with any other promotional schemes, offers or sale already running at the respective participating establishment.
  • All offers are subject to availability.
  • HSBC Cardholder should announce the intent to avail of the offer before the bill is prepared.
  • The listed offers can be availed only on payment using HSBC Credit / Debit Card.
  • The offer insert / emailer should be produced at the participating establishment for availing of the offer.
  • The offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The offer on the alcoholic beverages, from Kebab-e-que- Indian & Oriental Cuisine Restaurant (Kolkata), is valid on all orders placed between 3pm to 7pm, at the restaurant.
  • The listed offers are being made by the participating establishments. HSBC is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products / services included in these offers or about the participating establishments. HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product or service obtained / availed under these offers and all disputes in this regard should be taken up directly with the participating establishment.
  • All decisions in respect of the offers shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offers against HSBC.
  • Any disputes arising out of these offers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
  • HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of these offers at any time without prior intimation to the cardholders.
