- Cardholders are required to use their HSBC Credit Card to pay for the offer and avail of the discount.
- Cardholders are eligible for a 10% discount on purchase of books worth Rs.1,000/- or more, on using their HSBC Credit Card for the purchase at the Crossword stores.
- This offer will be applicable only on purchase of books.
- HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product obtained under this offer and all disputes in this regard should be taken up with Crossword directly.
- This offer is valid from 20 February 2010 to 31 August 2010 or as mutually agreed by both parties.
- All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
- HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the Cardholders.
