• This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation is voluntary. This offer is applicable to all HSBC credit cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder”).
• HSBC Classic & Gold Credit cardholders are eligible for a cashback of 3% on using their HSBC credit card for purchases above Rs.12,000/-
• HSBC Premier & Platinum Credit Cardholders are eligible for a cashback of 5% on using their HSBC credit card for purchases above Rs. 12,000/-
• The maximum cashback amount per transaction per card cannot exceed Rs.500 for Classic and/or Gold credit cardholders.
• The maximum cashback amount per transaction per card cannot exceed Rs.750 for Premier and/or Platinum credit cardholders.
• The purchase price of a product cannot be split into multiple transactions to achieve a higher discount.
• This offer is valid from 30 July, 2010 to 29 August, 2010 or as mutually agreed by both parties.
• The cash back amount will be credited into the customer’s credit card account one month after the sale has ended and will reflect in the subsequent bank statement.
• The cashback would be credited into the customer’s credit card account, subject to the cardholder meeting the following criteria:
• The cardholder should be an existing cardholder with HSBC at the time of cashback being credited to his account
• The cardholder should be a Non-Delinquent customer of HSBC during the Croma sale period and at the time of cashback being credited to his account
• The cardholder should not have defaulted on any of his payments during the Croma sale period and at the time of the cashback being credited to his account
• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product obtained under this offer and all disputes in this regard should be taken up with Infiniti Retail Limited.
• HSBC is not making any offer and does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services included in this offer or about the participating establishment. All disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the HSBC cardholder with the Infiniti Retail Limited.
• HSBC India shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of the offer.
• All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All participants waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior intimation to the cardholders.

• Tax liability, if any shall be borne by the cardholder.
