• To avail the offer, the cardholder will be required to make payment online using his/her HSBC Credit Card  as per the price quoted by participating merchant partners, and would be applicable for all eligible HSBC Credit Card customers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cardholder’).

• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the service availed under this offer and all disputes in this regard is the sole responsibility of the participating merchant partner and should be taken up with the respective participating merchant partner.
• All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offer against HSBC.
• HSBC reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer or as a result of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not by itself constitute a claim against HSBC. Prior to using the participating merchant partner website, the cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The cardholder may be required to give personal information and card details online to avail the offer. The cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the partner website, prior to providing such information.
• HSBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of this Offer

• Cardholder are eligible to get 20% cash back on a minimum purchase of products (in a single transaction) above INR 1000 & above or a maximum cash back of 250 per transaction whichever is less from Seventymm.com. If the transaction order value is less than 1000 then the cash back applicable for that transaction would be 15%.
• To avail the discount, Cardholder will have to use the promotion code HSBC20 on the checkout page.
• One Cardholder can redeem only one promotion code at a time.
• The maximum limit on cash back per transaction is 250/- and this discount shall be applicable per transaction.
• Cash back is applicable for successful transactions made through HSBC credit cards.
