• For Cardholders having multiple credit cards with HSBC, this offer shall be applicable only on the credit card mentioned in the communications. The purchases/spends of any other card shall not be considered as a part of this offer.
• This offer of cashback is not transferable.
• Cardholders who make purchases for Rs. 16,000 or more between 25th April and 25th June 2010 (both dates inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”) will be eligible to get Rs. 800/- cashback (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”).
• Cardholders must make at least 5 transactions during the offer period to be eligible for the offer.
• The cashback will be credited into the Cardholder’s account by 31st July 2010, and will reflect in the Cardholder’s subsequent credit card statement.
• Only non-defaulting credit cardholders will be eligible for the Offer.

• HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products or services availed by the Cardholder or about the merchant establishments. All disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the Cardholder with the merchant establishments offering product or services.
• HSBC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of availing this Offer.
• Any dispute, arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
• All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the Offer against HSBC.
• Card fees, cash advances, outstandings carried forward, debit balances from before the Offer Period, or during the Offer, but pertaining to a previous month, will not be eligible for cashback.
• Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder.
• The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior intimation to the cardholders.
