• Eligibility – HSBC Credit Cards issued in India are eligible for 5% discount on Base Fare of Cathay Pacific Airways revenue tickets in Economy, Business & First classcabin.
• Booking and Travel validity: HSBCCredit Cardholders can avail of this offer for bookings from 04 February 2012 – 04 March 2012 for travel between 10 March 2012 to 15 April 2012.
• The offer applies on one way and return travel only.
• This offer is valid only for travel to below countries from India :
  • China including Hong Kong
  • Thailand
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
• The offer applies to tickets booked on cathaypacific.in
• Discount is applicable only on base fare. This offer does not cover any other taxes, surcharges (fuel,congestion, etc.) and any other applicable levies over and above the basefare.
• Seats under this offer are subject to availability. Cathay Pacific Airways does not guarantee availability of seats under this offer
• Cathay Pacific Airways and HSBC reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice of giving any reasons.
• This offer is purely optional to people travelling on Cathay Pacific Airways.
• The carriage is subject to Cathay Pacific Airways regulations relating to the conditions of contract respectively and all other terms and conditions regarding Cathay Pacific Airways policies and procedures.
• The decision of Cathay Pacific Airways will be final and binding on all the card holders participating in this offer and that the same is non-contestable.
• The offer will be applicable for valid Cathay Pacific Airways marketed and operated flights only. Code share flights of Cathay Pacific Airways do not qualify for this offer other than those operated and marketed by Dragon air.
• In order to avail the discount, passenger has to click on the link/banner on the Cathay Pacific website (cathaypacific.in).  Any bookings made without click on the offer will not be applicable for this promotion.
• The discount will be applicable for ticket/s booked between 04 February 2012 and 04 March 2012, and a HSBC member must travel between 10 March 2012 and 15 April 2012.
• Tickets issued before the star tdate of the said offer will not qualify for this offer.
• In case of return travel, both, the inbound and outbound travel must be within the travel validity date for the discount to be applicable.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Cathay Pacific Airways promotional offer.
