During the birthday month (as specified on the e-mailer) (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer Period'), Cardholders will get 15% discount on the pre-tax bill amount, by presenting a print-out of this e-mail and paying with their Card at the Featured Restaurants (hereinafter referred to as 'Offer'). |

If the number of people visiting is 4 or greater than 4, then the Cardholder will also receive a complimentary birthday cake from the Featured Restaurants. |

This Offer is available only on one bill during the Offer Period and is valid on À la carte dine-in only, and includes food and soft beverages only (Buffet and alcoholic beverages are not included in this Offer). |

The Offer is valid on in-restaurant dining only, and not on home deliveries or takeaways. |

Any dispute regarding of delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services availed under this Offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to Speciality Restaurants Ltd. The Cardholders agree not to hold HSBC responsible for any losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Cardholder claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, by way of and/or on account of the delivery, services, quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products/services made available by Speciality Restaurants Ltd. under this Offer. |
