| 4. |
Gift vouchers and cashback for Offer 1 and Offer 2 will be given to eligible Cardholders within 60 days after the particular monthly Offer gets over. For example, a customer spent INR 2, 30,000 in January 2020, he would be getting Offer 1 gift vouchers and INR 4,040 for Offer 2 by 31 March, 2020. |

The top 5 spenders would be decided basis the total spends from 1 January, 2020 till 31 March, 2020 and the bumper prize will be given by 30 May, 2020 |

Registration details: |

Cardholders will have to register to be eligible for the Offer |
| • |
To register for the Offer, Cardholders will have to send the SMS code – HSBC2020 to the number, 575750 using their registered mobile number |

Cardholders' eligibility for the Offer would be considered from the month onwards in which he/she registers. For example, a Cardholder registers in January, 2020 – he/she would be eligible for the Offer in January, February and March. However, if a Cardholder, registers in March, he would be eligible for Offer only for the month of March, 2020 |

A Cardholder registering for any of the months (ie. anytime between Offer Period), would be eligible for the bumper prize. For example, if a customer is registering in March, his monthly Offer eligibility would be only for the month of March but the spends from January, to March, 2020 would be considered for the bumper prize |

| 7. |
Add-on Credit Cardholders will not have separate Offer eligibility. Purchases on the add-on credit cards will be added to spends done on the primary credit card for calculation of spends to determine eligibility for the Offer. |

| 8. |
The Offer is over and above any other discount that may be offered by the merchants where the Cardholders use their card during the Offer Period. |

|
| 9. |
For the purpose of availing and becoming eligible for the Offer, all spends will be considered excluding Balance Transfer and Cash-on-EMI. |
|
|
| 10. |
For a Cardholder having 2 or more HSBC Credit Cards, eligible spends would be considered separately for each card and spends on 2 or more cards won’t be combined to calculate the total spends. |
|
|
| 11. |
Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the Offer. |
|
|
| 12. |
Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the Offer Period will not be included in the spending amount calculation and will not be considered for the purpose of calculating the cashback eligibility. |

| 13. |
Applicable Terms and Conditions for gift vouchers and MakeMyTrip international holiday package would apply which would be shared later to the eligible Cardholders. |

| 14. |
Prior to making any purchases on the website and/or mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and Terms and Conditions of the said website and mobile application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder might be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the website and mobile application, prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Merchants may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information. |

| 15. |
HSBC does not make any warranties or representations as to the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of products purchased by the Cardholders. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the Cardholder directly to the respective merchants. |

| 16. |
HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this Offer, any other claims with regard to this Offer against HSBC are waived. |

| 17. |
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the Cardholders. |

| 18. |
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer. |

| 19. |

| 20. |
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC. |

| 21. |
The Offer is subject to force majeure events. |
|
|
| 22. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the Cardholder. |
|
|
| 23. |
By availing of the Offer, the Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions in totality. |
