It's time you update your KYC documents
Dear Customer,

We wish to draw your attention to the provisions of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Master Circular DBOD. AML.BC. No.2/14.01.001/2011-12 dated 1 July 2011 on Know Your Customer (KYC) norms wherein, it is mandatory for all banks to update the Customer Identification Documents (including photograph/s) for all accounts/relationships held on a periodic basis.

Accordingly, customers are required to submit both the Customer Declaration form, complete in all respects, along with self attested copies of their updated valid documents, to ensure continuity of service.

Submission Procedure:
  • Walk in to the nearest HSBC Branch
  • Or use the drop boxes at HSBC ATMs
  • Or send your documents to the KYC Cell address
