'Offer Period'). |

The offer is applicable to existing HSBC resident customers (hereinafter referred to as 'Referrer') who is required to refer resident prospects (hereinafter referred to as 'Referred') towards successful issuance of HSBC Advance Platinum debit card (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC Debit Card'). Post successful issuance, and activation of HSBC debit card within 90 calendar days of issuance, the referrer and the referred will be eligible for 2,500 Extra reward points (referred hereinafter as 'HSBC Reward Point') which shall be credited on his/her HSBC debit card under the HSBC loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as 'Reward Point Programme'). In case the 'Referrer' does not hold HSBC debit card, the same needs to be applied within 7 calendar days after the end of the offer period for the referrer/referred to be eligible for the reward points. |

The referred will be eligible to receive 2,500 HSBC reward points under the HSBC loyalty programme upon first usage of the HSBC debit card post successful issuance of the same. |

| 5. |
Referrals made during the offer period will qualify for the HSBC reward points under the HSBC reward points programme applicable on HSBC debit cards.

| 6. |
The reward points will be credited only to the HSBC debit card of the referrer post 21 calendar days from the date of the closure of the offer. The reward points will be credited to the HSBC debit card issued to the referred post 21 calendar days from the first usage on his/her HSBC debit card. |

| 7. |
It should be noted that to redeem the HSBC reward points credited to the HSBC debit card of the referrer and the referred, the referrer and the referred are required to register under Extra rewards programme on extrapoints.co.in/hsbc. |

| 8. |
The referrer and the referred must read and accept the terms and conditions of the Extra rewards programme and that of the said website and also agree to the same.

HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer. |

HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time without prior notice. |

The offer is subject to force majeure events. |

| 12. |
Tax liability, if any, will be borne by the applicant.

All conditions of the HSBC reward programme shall apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC. |
