As per the provisions of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Master Circular no RBI/2009-10/73; DBOD. AML. BC. No. 2/14.01.001/2009-10 dated July 01, 2009 on Know Your Customer (KYC) norms, it is mandatory for all banks to
update periodically the customer identification documents (including photographs) for all accounts held with them.
Accordingly updated documents are required from:
Resident customers who have opened an account prior to 31 December 2004.
For customers meeting above criteria kindly send us the below mentioned documents to ensure continuity of service.
