Terms and conditions

  1. The program will run from Jan 1st 2017 – Jun 30th 2017 (“Program Period”) and eligible to all HSBC customer (new customer and existing customer) for both Banking and Credit Card.
  2. For Banking and Credit Card customer who Register HSBC Internet Banking and Register E-Statement on HSBC Internet Banking will get e-Voucher www.blibli.com of IDR. 150,000.-
  3. The period of time from customer register HSBC Internet Banking + register E-Statement in HSBC Internet Banking must not later than 30 days calendar. e-Voucher will be sent after customer executes all above activities.
  4. This promotion is not eligible for customer who only register HSBC Personal Internet Banking or E-Statement in HSBC Personal Internet Banking.
  5. e-Voucher www.blibli.com will be sent to Banking and Credit Card customer email address which register on HSBC system on every date 15th of each months during program period. If date 15th is holiday, therefore e-Voucher will be sent on the next business day or determined by the bank.
  6. In order to be able to send the e-Voucher, therefore customer valid email address should be registered on HSBC system. There are couple of ways for customer to update their email address :
    • Update/Change email address on HSBC Internet Banking
    • Update/Change email address on HSBC Branches
    • Update/Change email address on HSBC Contact Centre
  7. The validity of the e-Voucher www.blibli.com is 2(two) month from the date of the issuance (date of email sent).
  8. Customer can use e-Voucher www.blibli.com of IDR 150,000.- at www.blibli.com with minimum purchase of IDR. 1,000,000.-
  9. The e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged with money.
  10. This program is not eligible for HSBC staff.
  11. Customer can contact www.blibli.com Customer Care at 0804 1 871 871 for all information in regards with the usage of www.blibli.com e-Voucher.
  12. HSBC will not responsible on the quality of the goods which sold on www.blibli.com, therefore HSBC is not responsible for any matters related to the quality of the goods.
  13. BE CAREFUL OF FRAUD. HSBC is held harmless from and against any and all liabilities related to any form of fraud or any action by other/third party that is associated with this promotion program. Be alert and stay aware of any party using HSBC’s name and promising to delivery any gift.

These Terms and Conditions are prepared in Indonesian language and English. In the event of discrepancy between the two versions, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
