HSBC Promotional Terms and Conditions 1. The promotional period of the Credit Card eStatement Incentive Programme is from 15 November 2016 to 31 March 2017 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). 2. This promotion is applicable for personal primary credit cards (excluding green credit cards, private label cards, corporate cards and additional cards) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns) (the “Bank”). Each such credit card is referred to as “Eligible Credit Card” below. 3. Customers who successfully register for eStatement and eAdvice Service for their Eligible Credit Card(s) during the Promotional Period (each an “Eligible Cardholder”) are entitled to $30 RewardCash (the “RewardCash”) which will be credited into the Eligible Credit Card account within 4 months after successful registration of eStatement and eAdvice Service. 4. The RewardCash cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable. 5. Only Eligible Cardholders whose Eligible Credit Card accounts are valid and in good standing during the Promotional Period and the RewardCash fulfilment period will be eligible to receive the RewardCash. Each Eligible Credit Card account is eligible to receive the RewardCash once under this promotion. 6. Where the RewardCash has been credited to an Eligible Credit Card account and the Eligible Cardholder opts out of the eStatement and eAdvice Service within 12 months of successful registration, the Bank has the right to deduct such RewardCash directly from the Eligible Credit Card account without prior notice. 7. Any fraud and/or abuse on the part of the Eligible Cardholder in relation to this promotion will result in forfeiture of the cardholder’s eligibility to participate in the promotion, and the Bank reserves the right to deduct any RewardCash awarded under this promotion directly from the relevant Eligible Credit Card account without prior notice. 8. The terms and conditions of (i) the Cardholder’s credit card agreement with the Bank, (ii) the RewardCash Programme and (iii) all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank will continue to apply. 9. No person other than the Eligible Cardholder and the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. 10. In case of disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. 11. The Bank reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate this promotion or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for such change or suspension/termination. 12. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirement. 13. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail. 14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). Each of the Bank and Eligible Cardholder submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong but these terms and conditions may be enforced in the courts of any competent jurisdiction.
