HSBC RewardCash e-Shop redemption offers terms and conditions: 1. The promotional period is from 16 January 2017 to 5 April 2017 (both dates inclusive). 2. The offers are applicable to customers holding any personal primary, combined additional or separate additional credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in Hong Kong (and its successors and assigns) (the “Bank”). 3. Gift items are available for redemption via RewardCash e-Shop. Gift redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of HSBC credit card RewardCash Programme. For details and the terms and conditions of the RewardCash Programme, including terms and conditions of the RewardCash e-Shop, please visit www.hsbc.com.hk/rewards. 4. A minimum of $10 RewardCash is required to redeem each item in RewardCash e-Shop and the balance must be paid by an HSBC credit card. 5. Once a redemption order has been accepted by the Bank, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. A redemption or notification letter will be mailed to a Cardholder’s correspondence address within four to six weeks from the date the order is accepted by the Bank. 6. All gift items are subject to availability or change without prior notice to the Cardholders. The Bank accepts no liability for any changes of the offers and will not notify the Cardholders separately of any such changes. 7. Observed retail prices are the prices observed on the market by the respective merchants. Prices, images and product/service descriptions are provided by the respective merchants and are for reference only. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of any product/service/offer provided and Cardholders should check with the staff of the respective merchants for details. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of products and services provided by the respective merchants. 8. Redemption or notification letters are not replaceable in the event of any loss or damage by the Cardholders. A Cardholder shall notify the Bank if the redemption or notification letter for any gift item is not received on or before 31 May 2017. The Bank assumes no liability and will not offer any compensation in respect of any failure to receive the redemption or notification letters by the Cardholders. 9. The terms and conditions, including the terms and conditions of the RewardCash Programme, are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements. 10. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to terminate the offers at any time without prior notice to the Cardholders. The Bank accepts no liability for any such change or termination. 11. No person other than the Cardholder and the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. 12. In case of any disputes arising from this promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. 13. The terms and conditions, including the terms and conditions of the RewardCash Programme, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 14. In the event of any discrepancy and inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the promotional materials and the terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
