Step 1: Visit the HSBC (China) website www.hsbc.com.cn
Step 2: Click the “Logon” button besides “Personal” under “Internet Banking”on the right side
of HSBC (China) homepage
Step 3: Enter your user name and password to reactivate your Personal Internet Banking.
Please call 800 820 8828 (or +86-21-3888 8828 if outside of mainland China or using a mobile phone). Our call centre representative will verify your identification and provide you with your user name immediately.
Step 1: Visit the HSBC (China) website www.hsbc.com.cn
Step 2: Click the “Logon” button on the HSBC (China) homepage
Step 3: Enter your user name, click "forgotten your password?" and follow the instructions
to reset your password.
Step 4: Print the acknowledgement page, sign it and bring it in person to the branch where
your account is based within 7 days of resetting your password in order to activate the
new password. Please bring your original I.D. card or passport for our verification.
Step 5: A notification will be sent to the email address that you have registered with the bank
after the new password is activated.
