Our records show that there have been no transactions made in the past 12 months from your HSBC China account*. As such, it currently considered a dormant account. Dormant accounts are ineligible for HSBC phone banking or online services.

Download and complete the "Account Reactivation Request"
Visit any HSBC branch in mainland China with your passport or Identification card that you used to open the
     account and sign the form in the presence of one of our banking staff
If you no longer require your account with HSBC China, please call the HSBC Premier hotline on 800-820-8828, or the HSBC Advance hotline on 800-820-8878 to close your account.
