Our records show that no transactions have been made from your HSBC China accounts in the past 12 months.1 As such, your accounts are now deemed dormant. Dormant accounts are not eligible for HSBC phone banking or online services, nor can they be used to purchase HSBC Wealth Management products.
 
     
Re-activate your accounts in any of our branches in mainland China
- Visit any HSBC branch in mainland China with the same passport or identification card that you used to open the account
- Make a transaction in the branch

- Visit HSBC China's website www.hsbc.com.cn, Personal Banking services Download Centre
- Download and complete the "Account Reactivation Request"
- Visit any HSBC branch in your city with the same passport or identification card that you used to open the account and sign the form in the presence of our bank staff
